"Bought a mattress and box spring set in March. The mattress started giving us pain, even with the pillow top mattress pad we bought later. I called, messaged, and walked into a location to resolve this issue. I've been given the run around about contacting the warranty department, sent to voicemail and ultimately ignored. We've only had this set for 4 months now but I've been reaching out to them for months. The box spring is still in great condition but the mattress is horrible. Never doing business with Ruben's again. Don't waste your time or money there!"

"Went in to the south side location 9/1 and was greeted by James. He was very professional and polite. I needed box springs for my boys and a bed frame for myself. When I wasn't interested in the floor models, he made sure that I seen what else was available to order. I found exactly what I wanted, he assured me everything would be delivered the days and time promised, and they were. The delivery guys were cool and put my bed together in no time. Thanks for everything, you guys were great!!!"
