"Dr. Calvin O. Matthews is an excellent counselor, if I could give him more stars I would. I first went to him ~ 23 years ago a year or so after I moved from NJ to the Huntsville area. At that time I had difficulty adjusting but a lot of it was due to not really understanding who I was at that time. Dr. Matthews was able to evaluate my personality (various personality tests) which provided valuable insight into how to interact better with others and to best utilize my various skill sets. Recently (3rd Qtr. 2018) I returned to Dr. Matthews for 6 sessions to better cope with a difficult family matter, it was great to see him after all the years and once again (23 years later) his advice was spot on! I highly recommend Dr. Matthews to anyone who's looking for a great counselor in the Huntsville Area.."
