"Maybe its me, and Ms. Washington was very nice but the first experience with Garrett Counseling was bad. I arrived to find a locked door which requires a code, there is no lobby, no receptionist and you have to wait outside/in your car. I learned our 1:00 meeting was not scheduled because we hadn't done the on line paper work. Unlike other professionals I couldn't fill out paper work on the premises. So, no appointment and a waste of time. Somebody, somewhere had the idea of franchising counseling like fast food and this is the result. Takeaway? Search out a locally owned counselling center."
