"I drove 8 hours to Knox and specifically ordered Oak end cap booths from the owner. Their salespeople at Restaurant Furniture Supply double confirmed they were shipping Oak End Caps. The booths arrived made of low quality MDF and had cracks along all the major seams. I had to reorder $5,000 in booths from another reliable vendor because these are so poorly made. When I asked for a refund they gave me a slap in the face with $200 for the $5000 in booths we had lost. --- Just Terrible! Be warned this business has 3 names it makes it difficult to deal with."
