"Unprofessional! I received a call today from a random guy saying he is from this company to schedule an appointment for my son Brandon. My son's name is not Brandon. He said usually someone calls and lets the parent know he will be calling beforehand. As a single woman a man calling you randomly saying he is about to show up at your house and he is from a company no one told you about is a huge red flag. Especially in the world we live in. I told him i need someone to call me to let me know it was legit. Keisha calls back and says normally she dont call they just call. She did not sound like a professional individual and I was taken about regarding the fact she said she choose who she calls and dont call to let know they are coming. No ma'am. Out the gate this tells me I should seek assistance somewhere else or a more seasoned professional individual should call and handle business the way it should be handled. Cause no ma'am."

"I was a patient of Dr. Moore’s for over 5 years and in the beginning he was very helpful. He helped me learn self care and self love. We did exercises to help me with anxiety and depression as well. Although Dr. Moore helped me with some issues, we never talked about my divorce or the trauma I went through before my divorce. He started being late to my appointments, calling and canceling appointments while I was in the parking lot, & sometimes would call his receptionist while I was in the waiting area to let me know he wouldn’t be coming at all. On one visit, he introduced me to a potential new therapist for his practice & asked if she could sit in on our session. I agreed, but when I brought up my divorce, he mentioned that since she was a relationship counselor she could probably explain some things better to me and told us both he would be back. He just left me there with someone who I didn’t know & wasn’t comfortable with. He would get his phone out and text during our sessions, which made me feel like he has other important things to do. He would start talking about his own situations, like how his family & friends didn’t like the fact that he had nice cars, or that his son had special needs, & my therapy sessions would sometimes become HIS sessions and I found myself giving him encouragement. He suggested that I take a leave from work, which I did, but refused to provide my job with any information about my condition. He wouldn’t provide information for HR that would help with FMLA, and the last time I called to schedule an appointment, they never returned my call. That was the absolute last straw for me. I eventually had to find a new therapist which is very difficult when you’ve established care with a Dr. & he knows everything about you. The whole “starting over” process is very scary to me and I feel like the progress I made on how to deal with my anxiety is now back at square one. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone."
