"The PA was very kind but if you need a real doctor I wouldn’t recommend these type places. The girl that came in to give me a shot told me to go to my pharmacy and ask what medication my insurance covers and I explained to her that the pharmacy has to run the medication in order to get the copay price and she looked at me like I was an idiot. I worked in pharmacy for 12 years and they can’t just tell you prices without running scripts. She walked out and rolled her eyes and made a snarky sigh like how dare I have to deal with these people. It was just extremely unprofessional and rude. I go to the doctor maybe once a year when I have exhausted all options trying to get myself better and to be treated like that when you already dont feel good is just a NO for me."

"Wait time was long but it is flu/COVID season and I had the flu. I’m leaving 4stars because Garcia, PA kept cutting me off when I spoke. It could’ve been because she was busy but I didn’t like it much. Other than that I had a great experience. I would recommend this location to others"

"I was not pleased with the service I received on Jan 1,2024 The front staff was very professional, my complaint is with the Dr. I waited for about a total of 20 minutes in the room. When she came in she checked my ears and said no wax only dry skin than checked my heart? And walked out, she said she would be right back? 15 minutes later someone came in and said I was good to go???? She said no prescription no diagnosis until I insisted. The person left and came back a few minutes later. Telling me they called in a prescription for my ear. I still don't know nothing except what I told the doctor. I could have kept my copay and went to the drug store and got something for ear aches and ringing of the ear. Its sad you trust you pay you wait and in the end you leave still knowing nothing. We need to demand better service!!!!!! Stop all processed insurance claims!!!"

"Day 3 of not feeling my best, I made a 9:40 appointment online. I did all of my paperwork online. When I got there all I had to do was pay and wait. They were full. However, they text you a link and that updates the status of where you are in line(brilliant by the way). I still had to wait an hour but I expected as much. The staff was efficient, professional, diligent and empathetic. I would definitely recommend."

"First of all, the on line registration was amazing. You do all of your paperwork on line and then you will receive a text 20 minutes before your appointment letting you know they are ready for you. It is so very convenient! The doctor I had was Dr. Victor Bonuel. He had very good bed side manners. He listens very carefully. He does not rush you. He is very patient. He is very funny. He told many jokes and I believe the jokes had me feeling so much better. He should have a second career doing stand up at the STARDOME. Thank you Doc Vic. I appreciate you so much. He is also an author. Go to Amazon a get his book called May God Bless You by Joel Jimenez. It’s a great read."
