For the first three appointments, I got Swedish massages (at Dustin's recommendation), increasing in intensity until he thought I could handle deep tissue work. Since then I have exclusively gotten deep tissue massages, and the results have been phenomenal. I have noticed a significant decrease in tension in my neck and shoulders. Every appointment I have, the results last longer. Now I feel almost as good three weeks after an appointment as I do three days after one. I really can't recommend Dustin enough if you want serious therapeutic results. If you aren't sure about massage, or feel uncomfortable, just try a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage. It will convince you."
