"Buyer beware! I purchased 14 boxes of laminate, installer I hired, but has done work for them was ready to install. But we found new laminate under the carpet he removed. Thus not needing new laminate. No boxes open, they refused to allow return and it was NOT a special order, it was warehouse stock. I will not use them again for anything."

"Our experience with John and his helper Caleb was less than we hoped for. Much complaint from John about how our home rooms weren’t easy to lay the vinyl plant flooring. He measured and should have taken note. We have oak floor trim and was informed it and the walls wouldn’t be guaranteed to not get broken or damaged when removing and putting back on, they were in excess. When another installer from Carpet Warehouse did flooring previously our walls and trim were not damaged. Places where the flooring wasn’t close to wall with trim back on and old floor exposed. We argued about metal strip in transition room edges when we were told it would t be a problem. Stressful experience…"
