"We used Concepts in Greencastle for a recent kitchen update. Robyn, Nathan, and Jill are so very wonderful! They will help you choose elements and give you their input, but definitely don't push their preferences on you. They are patient and easy to work with. We chose to purchase custom Amish cabinetry from them. The wait time was longer than other cabinets, but so very worth it. We absolutely love the quality and got exactly what we were wanting. They make the designing and ordering process so easy. Nathan came out to our home and took measurements and drew up plans. He added some features we hadn't even thought about. Their delivery crew was incredibly gentle with the unloading of the cabinets. They also arranged the ordering of our countertops and sinks, so everything arrived on time and didn't hold up the construction process. It was a great experience working with them!"
