"Be glad i cannot post videos of the substandard installation. Here are pics of me removing the bathroom tile. Tiles coming off in mostly full pieces. The backer board looks like nothing has ever been on it. This floor popped and creaked. Grout was always breaking loose. I have advantec subfloor system so no it wasnt my subfloor making noise. All this could of been avoided if the boards had not been put down dry with staples. At minimum mortar on the backside of the boards is required. My kitchen floor is in terrible shape. Its next on the to do list. Shouldnt have to be redoing any of these floors."
