"I really don't shop at Jewelry much anymore. They are the highest priced grocery store in the area. With competition from Amazon Fresh, Marianos. Meijer and Walmart I don't understand why they don't have lower prices. I was at Home Depot and just needed a few things for dinner and stopped in."

"Pharmacy Technician refused to check her system to see if other Jewel pharmacies had my medication in stock. Poor customer service. I ended up calling Jewel in Palos Heights and she was able to check the system for me."

"I was first in line at the pharmacy with two white males in line behind me. They were serviced first despite me being first in line and already waiting for 5 minutes for service. The lady came over and instantly helped them while just ignoring me . There was no confusion as to who was there first. I was already in line by myself waiting for 5 minutes before they came over and stood behind me. Will not be returning to this Osco Drug or Jewel Osco location at all. Im switching over to the 79th and Cicero location permanently."

"I have ordered two birthday cakes so far last week and this week and ordering another one on Monday for the 27th. The cakes taste fresh, the butter creme is good and the edible picture comes out perfect enough for my daughter's to be super excited over them. The lady's in the bakery are very attentive and make sure they get exactly what you want on the cake you order and throw suggestions aswell. The customer service in Jewels is great throughout the store. It's neat clean and very well stocked. Never have had an issue."
