"The drive-by window is very convenient for dropping off and picking up prescriptions. They have a wide selection of things you would expect to find in a pharmacy. They are not a compounding pharmacy."
"Fast service, at the drive through window. They are trying to find a way to combine all of my medication, so that I can pick them up in 1 day, instead of going back 3x a month. I am on SSDI and it's going to be a lot better for me. Plus my gas mileage will be cut down."
"Randy lied to me about the coverage of a prescription, saying it wasn't covered because of the cost of filling the prescription. I have not filled a script at Jones since this happened, and never plan to again. Before this, they were wonderful to us. They were life family, they knew us by first name basis. It's such a shame that it came to this. Randy didn't have to lie. He could've been forthcoming about the truth and asked me to ask my physician for a cheaper alterative."
"I went by there the other day to get a prescription filledit's been years since I did business with Joneses back when Gerald was therewill I have stage 4 kidney cancer and I have a prescription of pain medications that I've had for 5 years with Medicaid and Medicare paying the billI had problems at my old pharmacy because they mixed pain medication on me one was oxycodone 10 and the other was methadone 10 and people know that that can't happen but it did and it could have turned out badJones's did not fill my prescription and told me that my insurance would not pay for it after I've been on it for for 5 yearsstage 4 kidney cancer and wouldn't feel my pain med Gerald would have a fit if he knew that maybe he will read this comment why tell a lie because it's easy to tell shame on you Jones's pharmacy"
"Love the family, and the staff that works there. However, they have the option to refill prescriptions online. The last 4 out of 5 times I have tried it hasn't worked. Was there yesterday AFTER requesting refills, now have to go back today. Fix the issue, or lose the option."
