"The wait in the drive thru is absolutely rediculious **UPDATE** Because of the quick response and a remedy to the problem I had, I am changing my star rating from a 3 to a 5. The reason it upset me enough to write a review on it is because I had just come from the pediatrician for my 1yr old grandson and found out the reason he was so sick was because he had COVID. All I had was 1 rx for him, steroids. I couldn't come inside with him. I ended up waiting almost a hour in the drive thru. That's no joke. But now I know if it's important I can park and ask for it to be brought out. Thank you Kevin."

"They want to change prescriptions and refuse 90day prescriptions your insurance pays for because they lose money. That is a contract issue with the insurance. Why should the customer pay more because of that? So he gave me dirty looks and expected me to say nothing. Yeah I can be rude. Yeah this is your business. I hope everyone sees how money hungry and rude you are. I wonder if it is even legal for you to manipulate prescriptions like that to begin with? Add on: you got told to just go away because you were not just coming down to explain anything. You came down to try and intimidate. And no you never reduced anything of ours. We paid the copays for each tier and have the receipt to prove that. You got your wish and we carried our business elsewhere and I hope everyone who heard that day does the same."

"Well I wasn’t going to say anything until they called out the fact that I didn’t give a reason for the bad review. I’m actually leaving this on behalf of my 72 year old Mawmaw however, like most people of her generation she doesn’t use much technology. They treated her very poorly and basically told her that it wasn’t worth their time to deal with her medication. They dealt with it in a way that I felt was very unprofessional. Also to add they do know who I am and why I left the review I did. Afterwards they called my Mawmaw to get our numbers to have it removed."
