Will be a returning customer from now on. And also they give a great discount for new card members and membership points for all your purchases! "Have been to the store twice in a week to return an online purchase. What a disaster, get to the store the 1st time and was told I need a return authorization number, was given the phone number. Called and was told they cannot provide one as they haven't gotten paid by the credit card company on a 3 week old purchase. One week later I called again for a return authorization number before going to the store, one was provided but the store manager couldn't get it to work and said to call customer service again. So here I am at the cash register for 25 minutes on hold to get a new number. They answer the phone and I immediately get hung up on. So I call back, and finally get someone to answer the phone after another 10 minute wait. Told customer service the ra number provided doesn't work. After some more looking was told again, they haven't gotten paid by the credit card company. I have never had so many issues trying to make a return. I will be thinking long and hard before making any more purchases from northern tool."
