"I have shopped there a few times and sadly this is the first time I ever chosen delivery. My experience has been horrendous. It was supposed to be delivered during a specified window of 12-8pm. Plenty of time. However, at 8:45. No product. No call. Got email confirmations about order and such. Store closed at 8pm. Called at 6:15 in the am. They didn’t have a reason other than it must have been forgotten. I was unable to accept Delivery, that day as wife works nights and I work day… hence reason for chosen delivery day. So it was rescheduled and $8 refunded for shipping. (Really not an issue) it needed to be delivered after 4pm as again work hours. She said that she would tell the company. Now today- well you guessed it… it’s on its way with no way of stopping it and no help from customer service. No offers or attempts to assist either, other than there’s nothing they can do. So delivery company will be showing up to bang on the door which would be the equivalent to waking you at 2-3am. Needless to say I pitty the drivers and the representative that will undoubtedly get an ear full. Although they may not deserve it, this all could been alleviated by people following though and doing their job. But seems no one take responsibility or initiative anymore. Yes this is just Home Depot however, it just goes to show the foundation of workers today."

"I really like how this place is laid out. Everything is really easy to find and is in a place that makes sense. Home Depot has some of the best lumber that you can buy from a chain store. The only gripe I have is sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help you."

"I can honestly say that I've never had better customer service anywhere than what we just experienced with Josette in the flooring department!! Unbeknownst to us at the time, she was very close to clocking out when we walked in. She helped us, gave us her honest and experienced opinions without making us feel rushed. When I was being wishy-washy, cuz it's carpeting and a big decision, she didn't get agitated at all! Instead, she directed me to hold the sample near other items to give me a different perspective! She displayed the utmost patience with my indecisiveness. We were also requesting to switch our order from another store. Josette tried to talk us out of this but we were pretty persistent, which in the end kept her there even longer! During the process of calling corporate to switch the order over is when we found out that she was supposed to have left already. She was on hold, apologized, and asked if she could call her son to let him know that she would be late. We apologized profusely and still... she was fantastic!! Josette is a wealth of knowledge and has customer service skills that go above and beyond, making her a HUGE asset to the Home Depot team!"
