"I purchased 3 of the same fans from this store over the web to go into a home we are having remodeled. $$$ When it came time to install 1 of the fans, the installer noticed that the box had previously been opened. Much to our dismay both the controller and the sending unit that is installed inside to housing unit at the ceiling had been pilfered. While I don't mind the selling of returned products, I mind that the quality control to make sure that nothing is wrong with the product you are going to resell. Luxe decor will NOT work with me to get a new controller because I purchased these just over 3 months ago. Anyone who is wanting something from this company just know they will not stand by their products. I am now stuck with a fixture that hangs from the ceiling that doesn't work. This is the response that I got from luxe decor "Unfortunately we are unable to honor your claim request due to the original delivery date 2/22/2023.Damage was not reported until 3/4/2023, which is outside the 10 business day window for LuxeDecor.comWe apologize for the inconvenience." Buyer beware if you are purchasing and holding onto the product to install later. UPDATE I called the manufacture of the fans and they were happy to send me the needed parts. FREE"

"Beware, fraud company. Partial delivery only, no call no follow up. Scammers!!!! Don’t ever purchase from here. Terrible service and furniture...low quality. I wouldn’t even give it a star but kind of have to in order to post. Wrong mattress was delivered 3 times until we had to cancel the item. Due to this, they did not deliver the rest of the furniture and now I’m paying for the balance. Called acima to notify but luxe showed the partial delivery was completed as final delivery. Now I’m stuck with the payment with no furniture. Big time scammers!!!!"
