With Ad/hd and anxiety it’s hard to control all those emotions and he helped so much learning how to channel all those frustrations. "As someone who struggles with self worth and insecurity issues, being married to an alcoholic was taking its toll on me. To God’s glory my husband agreed to go to counseling with Kent Brand. Was working so well, that I decided to get counseling as well. Our marriage had been struggling for years due to this and due to the fact that we both had childhood traumas to add to it. Kent Brand was extremely helpful in guiding us (separately) in recognizing the trauma, dealing with it, and we are currently in the healing process of past traumas which we didn’t even realize had played such a big part of our marital battles. I am so thankful that we are able to get through these struggles together and are both able to recognize what our “triggers” are and that they are just in fact triggers.
