"The lack of professionalism is unreal. It took them 3 days just to get my daughters script sent to the pharmacy! They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible and it seems like they don’t listen to a word you say. The NPs are just as bad as the doctors. Not to mention it is filthy in there."

"My kids have been going here since they were babies. I've been bringing them here for the last 3 years (stepmom) I haven't liked this place from the beginning. My husband has me bring them here because my daughter is special needs and they know her. Even with this in mind, I want to switch. Front desk isn't super friendly or helpful. Nurses are rude and one of the new doctors is incompetent. It takes 30 mins just to be taken to the back. Even though people that came in after you get called waaaaay before you do. The receptionists excuse is that they are seeing other care providers... But it's every time I bring them. Then another 30+ mins in the room waiting... Never have I ever waited so long for sick kids to be seen."

We’ve never waited more than ten minutes for an appointment, which is surprising considering how appointment times can unintentionally overlap in healthcare. I’ve been highly impressed with the staff and atmosphere at both the sick and well child clinics. They’re the best and I'm assured my son is well taken care of.
