Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park 19800 South La Grange Road, Mokena, IL 60448

"I had a horrible first time experience at Urban Air Mokena IL for my child’s big birthday party. I originally booked the platinum package for my child’s party but did not get what was advertised. When I arrived I found that there was 4 things out of order that was not disclosed before the booking of the party. My child is only 5 so the things he would have been able to do were the ones not working which was very disappointing for me as a parent. I am highly upset that this was not disclosed at the booking of the party because I would have chose another location. This place was ran horribly by young teens/young adults. My paid all that money for my child not to have the party that was promised. Although they took money off for a pizza and a couple dollars of the package it was still a loss on my end because my child did not do what was promised to us. I will never recommend this place and it ruined my day. Also the bathroom was so disgusting and my sister couldn’t change my baby neice on changing table because it was used diapers all over it and so unsanitary like they were not even cleaning restrooms. Furthermore, I still deserve more money refunded back and I will be reviewing this place elsewhere such as BBB because this was truly the worse birthday party experience in my life so no I don’t recommend this location and as this being my first time ever at Urban Air I hope other locations are better!"

"I really don’t understand how it was 3pm and they were out of sausage pizza,chips and fries. Only one young lady working the concessions stand which made the wait times longer. Too many workers talking and having a social gathering instead of cleaning up tables when old guest left ,a few of the guest had to sit at tables with garbage. The bathrooms are dirty I understand it’s a busy place but someone should be doing checks on the bathrooms. The workers looked like they hated the job…it’s was one young lady who had her shirt tied up and the back showing undies and skin. A lot of the attractions were closed including the Photo Booth…maybe they just had a bad day. They should have posted on the website what was closed before people wasted money on memberships. What’s the point of having a membership when you can’t indulge in everything. Don’t waste money go to scene 75 in romeoville way cleaner ,friendlier and all attractions work."

"My children love this place very much. They can spend a whole day there. They have very delicious pizza, but I wish the music volume was lowered a little because it is annoying sometimes."

"This was my third experience. This was better. Just need to work on cooking the chicken tenders. Or changing the batter. Too hard. Not crunchy. Customer service was great. I left my iPhone on the counter as I was checking the kids and myself in. All the time I was in there didn’t realize I didn’t have it. When we were leaving I realized I didn’t have it. Went back in the manager/young man had IT. I am grateful."

"Tried out a new location than I usually visit for my niece birthday. This location all of the attractions we’re up and working. The hot wings are good!"
