"This was my first time at this Jewel store location. It was very clean & organized. Mack helped me find everything I needed. He was very welcoming and had great customer service. He was busy stocking the shelves but when I asked him for help. He did not hesitate, or just tell me where it was. Like everyone else does now a days. He dropped what he was doing & actually walked with me and showed me what I was looking for. . We need more people with customer service like him definitely will be returning to this location. ."

"April in the Deli needs to learn how to talk to customers with disabilities! Belittling and making fun of people with hearing difficulties is never the way to go! Me and my family will never be shopping at Jewel again, she humiliated my son in front of everyone! You've lost another customer thanks to this woman you hired, and i will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place."

"They really jack up prices at this particular store. Inflation or no inflation, some of their products are ridiculously priced. For example, Post Great Grains cereal is priced at $9.99 a box! Target is $4.99 a box, Meijer $5.49, Kroger $3.99 a box. Shame on you, Jewel. I hope no one buys it, the product expires, and then you are forced to eat the cost."

"Jewel-Osco is large, clean and well supplied. We got today everything we needed. However, the store ma have fell out of Google's favors. I could find it on Google map but I had to try several different approaches to get directions to the store. After that, Google still complained that I may need an appointment to get COVID testing. Well, that's strange."
