"I’m done shopping here after being a patron for 5 years. This is the only and first store that I know of that will allow you to purchase items with a card and then refuse to let you leave with the items. The excuse is that their system didn’t log the transaction and they can’t give you a receipt. I’ve showed them the money has come out of my account and is showing that I paid “South Loop” but they don’t care. They refused to give me a refund on the spot and told me to contact my bank for a refund. They really expect a customer to pay for items and leave without them because they have a faulty merchant system. This has happened twice in 2 months and both times the cashier has refused to be accountable. Stop making your problem, my problem!"

Liquor, wine, water, soda, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, chips, peanuts, popcorn, bread, milk, peanut butter, jelly, I mean any and everything you need. I even got a breakfast sandwich there. Two eggs, cheese, turkey sausage on a bagel, or you could get it on a croissant as well. They got chicken sausage too. Place was just what I needed. Nice walk from the Hyatt.
