"Paula Sullivan/Rust is Awful! I had no diagnosis for something that should’ve been caught and cured a long time ago. As women we know our bodies. I asked her once about it and she said “it’ll fix itself” and wouldn’t prescribe anything. I wasn't diagnosed and cured until I recently went to another gynecologist. Sullivan/Rust also attempted to do an unnecessary procedure on me under false pretenses, just because she (her words) “love surgery and I was just trained on that one a week ago!” I was very uncomfortable with this reaction. She said I needed a procedure I absolutely did not need and I know she was planning to do the procedure she was “so excited about recently being trained on instead!! Basically wanted to use my cervix/uterus as her ‘guinea pig’. This incident made me leave! BUT not without one last unprofessional incident with her and her nurses. I called the a prescription refill line, leaving all details they ask for in order to get a refill. The nurse calls me back, left a voicemail asking me “how do you spell it?!” referring to the name of the meds that I know I pronounced correctly. She certainly would’ve known what it was and how to spell it since she has access to my records. After that I WAS DONE! These WOMEN (Sullivan/Rust and her nurses) took the health of another WOMAN…my HEALTH…as a joke…something to toy with!. They played with my emotions by saying I had something I didn’t have and saying I needed a procedure I didn’t need (confirmed by my new doctor) I wouldn’t tell anyone to go to her….Dr.Paula Sullivan new name Rust who works at OBGYN Associates."

"Dr. Sullivan is fantastic! I was seeing one of the CRNPs with OBGYN Associates of Montgomery (Tracey Mendelsohn), who is also fantastic, and she referred me to Dr. Sullivan for a consultation because of severe unexplained lower abdominal pain. Dr. Sullivan had me scheduled for laparoscopic surgery so she could take a look inside for answers, hopefully. After surgery, she informed me that she had found and removed an overproduction of scar tissue, most likely caused from the c-section I had about 6-7 years prior, that was attaching my bladder to my uterus. The pain was gone immediately. I’m so thankful for Dr. Sullivan being willing to take a look inside as soon as she did and resolving the problem that was causing the pain. I had been hurting for a month before seeing her. I have been her patient ever since."

"If it wasn't for her and her medical team but mainly her my son would not be here nor would I With all the health risks I had and everyone that came our way she jumped right on when the time was needed. The questions and plans we wanted and needed we answered both together as a plan but everyday was touch and go to even being hospitalized till I could give birth everything we planned as a doctor and patient do..My son and I would not be here today if it was for her and her team..She kept me calm and I put my life and sons in her hands she was determined not to lose us... thanks to her I woke up to a beautiful babyboy and she took good care of me too... This woman I want to hug and thank whole heartily cause everything that went wrong she was the reason we were there..."

"Dr.Sullivan is the best. HANDS DOWN. My health is not the best. Heavy and painful periods. Severe side effects to birth control. And issues with pregnancy. I’ve lost 3 pregnancies. I have a history of stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, and miscarriage. She has always been there and actually cares. She ask about me personally AND my family. She listens and she is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. I have referred several of my close friends to her."
