"Dr Reese is AMAZING! Very attentive non judgmental. Very positive person! Has rights at Baptist East to deliver there which is what we want. Her staff on the other hand needs development they never answer the phone I don’t care what time of day you call or leave message, only time they call back is to schedule an appointment sometimes, they don’t give clear instructions through their chat responses. It’s really disheartening because I love her and always desire a Dr that looks like me but my husband is pushing me to find another Dr as I’m high risk already and as soon as I called two other offices of Dr’s that don’t look like me. The staff answered were very attentive gave great instruction etc. such a tough decision for my family! I’m going to pray about it and try to speak with Dr Reese to inquire about office protocol."
