"Dr. Gentry is a fantastic doctor. His nurse is just as great. I was transferred to his care after Dr. Whittington retired. BUT, this office is lacking so so much in customer service, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They are rude literally every time I call or go. I am a complete inconvenience to ask any question or to try to get an appointment. I am not sure I would want to go through the headache of dealing with this office staff while pregnant again."

"I was one of Dr. Gentry’s patients. Amazing doctor who listens and is very personable; however, I’m convinced that he has absolutely no power over his tacky, unprofessional staff. I may have an idea why the staff is rude. The woman over the staff is very, very rude. I’m convinced that her behavior flows down to the staff who interact with the patients."

"I am having problems today from surgery that he did two years ago he thinks everything is a joke he was supposed to fix a cervical prolapse but he end up removing my ovaries without my consent he didn’t discuss any risks of the surgery to me. He lied in my records that he discussed everything with me but he didn’t he didn’t discuss injuries to my uterus all I can say Is Patients need to check They records because I’m sure he’s done this to other women besides me he’s a big liar . I never signed papers in his office about the risk are the side affects. He told me I’ll be fine in a few days.He lied about somebody mistakenly sent me to Dr. Jones it wasn’t a mistake you put it on paper like it was a mistake . I wish I would of let Dr. Jones did the surgery . He took Ultrasound but he ( Gentry )didn't. He went on what he thought it was . I guess the more part he removed the more money he make."

"I am seeing Dr. Gentry for my second baby now and I have had a great experience with him and his nurse, Amy. I would highly recommend this practice. I'm always treated with respect, my concerns are always addressed immediately, and I've never felt rushed or disregarded. My care plan has always been very flexible and relaxed; as opposed to being pressured into different things. Visits are always on time, and I am never waiting long to get in or get out. As for the negative reviews: Honestly, I have no idea where they're coming from. Phone calls and visits are handled normally. I've never been treated rudely or had issues communicating to my doctor/nurse via the staff."
