"Jessica is the rudest person they have up there. I just found out I'm pregnant. I called to make an appointment and she claims the I owe money to them. I asked several times what I owed them money for and she refused to answer my question. She also said that I'm not aloud to see the doctor unless I pay that bill that I really don't think I owe. My husband called and asked her why I owe money and she once again told avoided the question. She also said that she could just cancel the appointment if any of that was a problem."
"Love Dr. Henderson and the ultrasound technician. Prior to my daughters birth in 2015 I had seen Diegman and Henderson several times throughout my pregnancy; both are amazing doctors! Henderson delivered my daughter, but the nurses at Thomas did a lot of the work and I loved them! Dr Diegman had an injury, but was able to stop by and see my big baby girl! (2015) I called at least twice outside of office hours, while pregnant, and was able to speak with one of my doctors. (2015) As far as the ladies in the office, I’ve only had someone give me a tiny bit of attitude once, but I was rescheduling my appointment last minute sooo... (2019) The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the wait. I don’t mind waiting because I get to see great doctors! Also, the Ultrasound Technology is way better than other offices! The tech told me what almost everything meant. I left her room with no questions. She pointed out all fingers, toes, lungs, almost everything she could see she stated out loud. (2019) I would be terrified if I had to switch doctors. I know we are in good hands with Diegman, Henderson, and the awesome staff at Thomas! Baby #2!!! Hannah Henshon"
"For starters, Dr. Henderson is an amazing doctor who should wear a superhero cape, because of him and Dr. Shoemaker I and my child are alive (Yes, I meant Shoemaker). As far as the staff, the entire off staff are a dream, except for the girl at the front who doesn't listen to anything and is convinced she has a medical degree from KIA-U (know it all university). You can be having issues and unless she feels like it is important she isn't even going to ask your name and just tell you to wait until your appointment. I was scheduled for a normal induction on a Thursday in 2017, I was given Cytotec that morning at Thomas Hospital. No progression. Given another, no progression. We later started the Pitocin. Just like any other normal scheduled induction (this was my 3rd induction I was a pro by then). Unfortunately, that Thursday there was still no progression. By Friday we were still getting no where with this induction. I asked for a c-section when I was told "no this isn't possible" I begged and pleaded, I just didn't feel right. By Saturday we had broken my water, we had swept the membranes, we literally had done it all, but the baby was not dropping. I was anxious (who wouldn't be after 2 days). The Pitocin was causing contractions of every 60 seconds, I don't mean minor contractions, these were intense contractions, the contractions like baby is coming (but he wasn't) Diegmann kept saying, himself, that the baby wasn't dropping. He still insisted to give me an epidural and begin pushing. I pushed and nothing happened. So, the Pitocin was increased, again. Both Diegmann and the nurse begin to argue. He said he never told her to increase the Pitocin, he claims he told her to turn it off. She claims he said to increase the Pitocin. Regardless of who is right or wrong (keep in mind my husband and I know who was right and wrong), the Pitocin was increased. After, Diegmann realized it he had her turn it off, but it was too late..... those 60 second contractions propelled my baby boy clear through my uterus. Now, it was a race against time, to save me and my baby. The nurse knew it, Diegmann knew it, and the entire L&D knew it at Thomas Hospital. My little boy came out as the miricle baby, that day. Not because of Diegmann, not because of that nurse, BUT because of the prayers in that hospital (one specifically by a precious nurse who had God on speed dial) and by the quick acting anesthesiologist who helped saved his life. Diegmann, had to resort to getting emergency help outside of his office, fortunately, God put Dr. Shoemaker there at just the right time. I am very fortunate that he was there. Now, I don't know what was going on in Deigmann's head, or why this nonsense went on so long, but because it did go on for so long my little boy had to have life recovering measures and prayers to survive. It didn't stop there, now my little boy has permanent damage for the rest of his life, all over something that could have been prevented. I may not be a doctor, but I knew based on the body language of the nurse, Diegmann, and my own research that I was given too much Pitocin which is why they argued. Which is why I had 60 second contractions. Which is why I REQUESTED A C SECTION. My child had to be sent across the Bay to NICU while I was in Thomas. I didn't get my firsts with him...no pictures with him, no first feedings with him, no skin to skin, my child was taken without so much as a kiss goodbye while I sat in a hospital room with nurses and techs coming in to "take his vitals". Can you imagine sitting in a room with no baby after all of that trauma and still not having your baby in your arms. Conveniently, NONE OF THIS WAS CHARTED, but they made sure to chart my depression of not having my baby with me. They made sure to chart I wanted to get to NICU for my baby boy. So, why was the Pitocin mishap eliminated from the charts? BECAUSE SOMEONE KNEW IT WASN'T SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN and was COVERING THEIR BUTTS, by OMITTING that it happened! I will NEVER recommend him!"
"I highly respect Dr. Diegmann as having been a patient of his & having worked with him in the public health setting several years. His clients in the public health clinics received highest quality obstetric care throughout their pregnancies and were treated with so much respect. My life is blessed in knowing Dr. Fred Diegmann."
"When I went to my first appointment here, everything was fine. Staff was nice and respectful; doctor was nice. I was suppose to come back two and a half weeks later. Halfway through, I get sick, a stomach virus I'm assuming. So guess what? I call them. I was scared about becoming dehydrated (being 21 weeks along) or something even worse. The woman one the phone put me on hold for 20 minutes, then when she came back, she tried to rush me off. She dismissed everything I said with the exception of "vomit" and claimed it was just morning sickness, which it was NOT. She wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell her, she was rude and unprofessional. Then gets even more pissy when I become pissed. And yes, I cursed and I normal don't (I'm a very respectful person) but this lady was HORRIBLE. She needs to be FIRED. Skip forward, about 6/7 weeks, I go back and was treated like CRAP. They were ALL HORRIBLE and RUDE. They treated me with no respect and dignity, like I was nothing. I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. If I was the doctors, I would seriously reconsider my staff. The way they treat people is just wrong, you don't treat people (especially pregnant women) the way that they do."
