"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in last week and Ali made my Lean 1 Chocolate Shake (which I have been getting for years). It tasted like vanilla and it didnt look chocolate at all. Her customer service was horrible. I called and spoke with a manager name started with a K, she had no care in the world. I asked for a refund because I didn’t even drink it. She told me she wasn’t allowed and her General Manager can do that, she took my name and phone number and I still haven’t received a call from the General manager. I decided to go today 2/11 and get a free remake the same girl Ali refused services and wouldn’t remake it! I will never give this location anymore of my money. Very rude and inconsiderate workers"

"My boyfriend just paid $15 (the Friday deal) for two soupy messes of a smoothie that taste disgusting. We used the app to place a to go order, but there’s no way they were sitting there long enough to melt that much. We had to throw them away when we got home."

"I arrived right when they opened on Christmas Eve, guy at the drive through said under his breath, “give me a break, it’s Christmas Eve.” Gave me my drink in a hurry like he had better things to do then serve a customer helping pay for his hourly wage. This Smoothie King has poor customer service. Not impressed"

"Sadly this location has gone downhill with their customer service and quality. Took over 15 minutes to receive my order and my smoothie was 3/4 of the way full. This used to be my go-to spot but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
