"My wife was relatively happy with her care at the clinic, until today. Staff were not aware that she had been referred for further tests, as it seems her patient record was not checked or updated accordingly, as no-one seemed to know the reason for the missed calls on her phone. Each time she tried to return the calls, she was told repeatedly that staff were unsure why she was called, and she should not worry about it. Today, she was phoned by the Cancer institute with no knowledge of what was going on, or why she was being called by them. This was very poorly handled and could easily have been avoided if communication amongst the medical team (inclusive of receptionists) was better."
"I felt it the minute I walked in the door… friendly atmosphere Just had my first visit to this office as a new patient yesterday and it was AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL! Everyone was professional, friendly and kind. The place itself is very accommodating clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful they helped me fill out all my personal information so I would not get rescheduled. The nurse whom we talked to first was kind and friendly. After, we met Ms. Katrina and Ms. Tammy. They made me very comfortable and I felt so much better. They are very friendly, but also knowledgeable and thorough. They listened to all my concerns and questions and addressed them individually. They are a true treasure. I will forever be grateful I met them. I love them all… they really care and it shows.❤️ Thank you so much!"
"Everyone is so kind and helpful! I’m excited to continue my prenatal care here. The building itself is beautiful on the inside! Very clean and welcoming. My waiting time was almost non existent too! My toddler was screaming and crying nearly the whole time too, they were all very understanding and didn’t make me feel bad for him being inconsolable"

"The staff at this location is great. I had a wonderful new patient experience. I did not realize I was supposed to fill out some forms beforehand however they were accommodating and helped work on those quickly and saw me the same day. They got me an ultrasound the very next day which was nice of them. The front desk staff is great! So are the other staff members. Would highly recommend."
