"I gave birth here in 2019 Dr Craner is the best, i’m currently pregnant again with my 3rd and will be having it at this hospital and HOPEFULLY i will get her as my OB again. i had a C section with my first baby and she was very supportive and very encouraging with my VBAC and i could not have done it without her. i recommend her to anyone especially if you have high anxiety. she’s the best OB you’ll ever come across ❤️"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came into the OBGYN building this past Monday for pelvic pains for adenomyosis. Yes, the staff was okay, up until I saw the gynecologist doctor. He asked me what was wrong. I explained to him about me dealing with pelvic pains and I also mentioned to him about having gastrointestinal issues as well. Yes, I have a gastrointestinal doctor to see about that. But that’s besides the point. ANYWAY… they didn’t even bother doing a pelvic exam to make sure that the adenomyosis was benign or anything like that. Just recommended me to start my birth control. And I have… but my body is rejecting it and making my pelvic pain even worse than before. Also, I’m in a lot of pain from dealing with these birth control pills, so I now have to no longer take them because my body can’t handle it. Never again will I come to Grandview, especially if they’re not going to thoroughly examine their patients. If they’re only there for a paycheck, just say that. Hopefully, I’ll go to someone that cares about their patients rather than give me halfway answers. Because no, this ain’t it. Do better."

"I love my doctor here but trying to get anything scheduled over the phone with the scheduling department is like pulling teeth! No one ever answers the phone nor do they return any voicemails left! It’s ridiculous."

"I’ve had great experiences with two of the doctors in this unit. HOWEVER!When trying to get in contact with office to schedule an appointment, they will never answer the phone and will never call you back unless it’s about getting a balance paid off. I have called several times and why is it that the staff never answers the phone and sends it straight to the voicemail system. How can a hospital get 5 stars when you can barely get serviced by them?"
