"Ridiculously long wait time. There is no room in the waiting room for the amount of traffic that comes through the clinic. I had to wait outside the building because of lack of waiting room. The lab fees are ridiculously overpriced and they couldn’t diagnose my partner despite other physicians having already found issues. She went in because of a possible tumor on her ovaries and the physician just gave her a list of YouTube videos and Netflix documentaries to watch. In addition to recommending videos instead of medical expertise, Dr. Nelson also tried to sell us a bunch of holistic and alternative medicinal and lifestyle junk. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Dr. Nelson is a great provider and very personable she get 5 stars for that. The reason for low rating is the excessive long wait times. Regardless when u schedule an appt I always wait over an hour and she's only in the room a few mins. Everything just seem so rushed. Like in a marathon"

"Dr. Nelson is wonderful. She made me feel extremely conformable and she did well with taking the time to sit down explaining my medical results. She took the time to throughly check out an issue I was having and tried to assist in any way she could with finding a solution as well. I absolutely loved being in her care and her back office staff was amazing. I only had one issue but getting my medical history due to them not being electronic at the time I was a patient which I did get some push back, however, Other than that I would absolutely recommend her."
