"I would not recommend Simon-Hart! This place is so busy you can’t even get her nurse to get back in contact with you about a concern! I called this office a week ago, left a message for Simon-Hart nurse over a week later no one has contacted me!!! I called back to the office on today and I’m put on the phone with a medical assistant!!!! Medical assistants are not nurses nor hold any credentials for me to be explaining my medical records to!!!!! Doctor Simon-Hart clearly doesn’t care about her patients!! 10/10 would never recommend again!!"

"I love coming here for my 1st baby! You might wait a little bit but they'll see you if it's an emergency too! Im eventually gonna have to switch providers as we're moving, and it's hard not to want to make arrangements to keep my doctor she's amazing! She answers all my questions and is very active in my care especially since I'm high risk! Highly recommend!"

"Horrible people ! Long story short . Dr. Simone left my dead babies inside of me for a week decided she wasn’t going to treat me because I called her head people on her . She is horrible & such a disgrace certainly doesn’t care about her patients . She scheduled me a DNC then canceled because , I reported her ."

"I was very apprehensive about going to a new place, but everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. They attended to me as if I truly mattered. Dr. Nicole Powe was wonderful. She informed me of everything she was doing before she did it, then she ensured that I was okay after each procedure. By the time I left there I felt like I had a new family of healthcare. "I can say the staff are wonderful but I can not say that about Dr. Simmon unfortunately. When I arrived for my appointment it was so full to capacity that people had to wait in their vehicle in which there was very little parking spaces. My appointment was at 1:30pm and was not seen til around 4:10pm. Dr. Simmon and her nurse swiftly came in and began. I had to slow her down and get her explain to me what was going to happen. She vaguely explained my procedure but not in detail so I thought it was a painless simple procedure so I had no questions to ask her. The excruciating pain I felt was unbearable and she didn’t not give me warning of how painful this was going to be and showed no empathy for my pain and nor did her nurse that was with her. She may know what to expect from procedures such as these but this is my first time dealing with the complications I have and I was scared. I have definitely informed family and friends to no go to this facility due to the lack of empathy this doctor has for patient’s difficult experience and pain. I wouldn’t dare send my family members or friends to a person who does not care for her patients. Who knows how she will treat your family members."
