"He is horrible. If I was able to give 0 then I would. He told me that I couldn't have cysts after going to the ER and they said I did. They wouldn't let my husband go back with me. He made me strip all the way down. I have never had to take everything off out of the 17 years I have had a gynecologist. He also said that none of my symptoms where because of the cysts. I have 2 on one side by the way. I will not use him again."

"My visit was with Dr. Bender- Ralph. The staff was courteous and professional. The office and the examination room was cleaned. Doctor Bender-Ralph was through during her examine and shared with me the test which was done and also was very professional. She ordered blood and urine test to be done at Rush Laboratory."

"I think he is a good doctor. He delivered my baby girl almost 5 years ago. I am for thankful for him for that reason. However, he has absolutely NO bedside manner. He was very ugly to me after I went to the ER because I was bleeding. (I was pregnant with my second child.) He was mad, I guess, because I went and didn't tell him first. (His office was already closed!) He could never understand why I went to the ER. I was tired of being made to feel stupid for checking on my baby, so I switched doctors. Best decision ever!"

"The man examined my wife every visit during her first pregnancy prior to our meeting, at the time she was 16. After we meet I went back with her one time, he did not do an exam and when my wife asked him why he kicked us out. I have spoken with one or two of my wife's friends and they were examined every visit while in their teens and early twenties as well. The man is disgusting. Protect your little girls."
