"Dr. Bank’s presence and actions are very different. I was due to have my baby on Dec 11, 2023 and after calling the office and speaking with the nurse for a week about me not feeling well, having heart burn and my chest pain. I was told by the nurse that it was just gas and to continue to take Gas X. I went to St. Vincent at the end of the week were they admitted me with my blood pressure being 209/123. I had my son Sept 11, 2023 at UAB. No one from this office has called to check on the baby or me and today is 2/15/24. I thought I would receive the best care from Dr. Bank but I almost lost my son and my life."

"When my daughter was 13 I voiced my concerns with her pediatrician and endocrinologist that I thought she may have PCOS and they both disregarded my concerns. She’s about to be 15 years old and has not started her cycle so I took her to see my wonderful GYN, who took the time to listen, allow me to ask questions and after testing he determined that she does have PCOS. Thankfully we’re now on the road to treatment. I was concerned about her possibly wanting children as an adult and I didn’t want to take that option from her or make it difficult for her to conceive when that time comes."
