"Went to discuss options, recommended a test before doing so. Then it took me several weeks of calling and asking for test results which were done at the hospital next to them. Office continuously gave me the run around promising to call back which they never did. Finally after numerous attempts to get results the Dr recommend a procedure that he doesn’t do and isn’t covered by insurance companies. Very disappointed!"

"Had posted a dislike for Dr. Dubois earlier regarding my daughter-in-law. After calling the office and asking why she was rushed through her visit, while she was getting her blood work done, they called her back for another look, which definitely relieved much anxiety her and we have had for her current symptoms. Patients should leave their doctors' offices feeling like they have gotten the best care they could and now she feels that way. It's important, especially if you're pregnant, to feel that way. Thanks to the nurse and doctor for following up and taking care of my daughter-in-law and soon to be new granddaughter!"

"Dr. Dubois was the on-call physician taking calls for Dr. Greene. I am a new mommy who had a question about the affects of taking a certain medication while nursing. On the first call, when asked if were ok to take the medicine while nursing Dr. Dubois stated, " I wouldn't call it in if it would." In effect, I went to the 24 hour pharmacy to retrieve the medicine since being told it would not have an adverse affect on my child. When I went to retrieve the medication from the pharmacy, the pharmacist stated and highlighted where it stated that it is not recommended to take the medication while nursing. I called the answering service again to obtain concrete information regarding the updated information I recently received. I informed Dr. Dubois of what the pharmacist said, to which he responded snidely and condescendingly. I then stated that I am a new mom who is attempting to be proactive and apologize for being a concerned parent. He finally acquiesced and stated that I can take the medicine and discard the first batch of milk one hour after taking the medicine. He could have just told me that to being with!"
