"I’ve been seeing Dr. Gregory for over 9 years and have greatly enjoyed Dr. Gregory and her nurse Jan. Dr. Gregory helped me get through fertility issues and 2 pregnancies; however, after dealing with consistent issues with the support staff I have decided to switch practices. The ladies at the front desk and check out counter have always been so impersonal and rude. Even after I received scary results on ultrasound results and left crying, the checkout worker still couldn’t find any empathy to greet me or show any kind of respect. I don’t know what’s going on. I hate to have to leave a doctor I love but will also not choose to stay and interact with the support staff. I will say the ultrasound department was always kind, helpful, and easy to work with."

"Front desk lady can easily drive you crazy in a few minutes. My wife had an appointment, signed in 28 minutes ahead of time, but was not called for her appointment even after 30 minutes past the time assigned for her. When I asked the lady at the front desk, She said she did not see the name signed on the listed. She had a bad morning, but promised in a few minutes she would have her in soon. A few minutes later. She came informing us that there is a high bill of $2700 for surgery that we need to pay off. Guess what?! She was talking about a different patient, not us! One hour of my time went off for nothing but her fault, not being focused ! Come on! Easy training for the staff would not cost you much!. 01/04/24. Happy New Year!"

"I have been going to Sparks and Favor and seeing Dr. Gregory since I was a teenager. She is by far my favorite doctor and the only doctor in any specialty I have stuck with over the years. She is kind, pays attention and hears out my requests or issues, she does not rush me and I always leave the office with a smile on my face. I could not recommend Dr. Gregory more if you are in search of a great, caring doctor."

"I have been a patient since 1996. Dr Favor is thorough and personable. She stays on top of women’s health for all stages of reproductive health and shares that information with her patients. My breast cancer was caught very early via their mammogram center. During pregnancy 2 times, I met most all the doctors, though new physicians have joined the practice since. I had issues that required extra observation and visits during both pregnancies. Sparks and Favor physicians monitor risk very well. Highly recommend."
