"Dr. Pegram's kind and gentle disposition made this anxious and uncomfortable patient feel completely at ease. What I expected to be a very unpleasant experience was actually not, at all. Dr. Peagram and his assistant, Loti, were very compassionate and personable. I highly recommend this experienced and empathic physician."

"If I could give him 0 stars I would. They stop taking calls well before they are supposed to be closed (up to an hour before office hours are over and I get the "we aren't open" message. They don't respond to patients in a timely manner. They are incapable of calling in birth control, and even when they do, it is the wrong thing, then when you try to call, "no one can help you". Dr. Pegram's bedside manner is horrible. He doesn't deserve to be called a Doctor. I have a few things I would call him, but this review would get flagged if I did."

"The nurse is very rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she shouldn't take that out on a scared young pregnant woman. They wouldn't let anyone come in with her because of Covid and then the nurse treated her poorly. Shame on y'all!"

"I love Dr. Pegram! I've been his patient for many years and I also consider him my friend! I've never been disappointed in any way with him. He is an awesome doctor with an incredible bedside manner. He actually takes the time to discuss any issues you have without making you feel like he's in a hurry. I have followed him from Ft. Payne to Decatur. He is just a really good person! I would highly recommend him."
