"They didn't explain what procedure was going to get done that day or how they were going to treat my daughter. They said "we will do the filling today and if we get time w I'll do crowns." But I thought they were going to come get me to notify me about the process. They came to get me from the waiting room when my daughter had silver crowns in he mouth. Never did they ask if I wanted my with silver crowns or white crowns. I was so upset because my daughter already went through pain of getting the silver. Do not take it kids here. One dentist does like 10 kids at a time. Not paying attention to what is important to the patient. Just come here for regular teeth cleaning. Do not do any of your dental procedures here."

"worst dentist i’ve ever been too and i’ve been to a lot. From someone who has a complicated life do not DO NOT ever send your children to this dentist i sat in the waiting room a hour and a half past my appointment time last time i was there.Today i waited for 20 minutes on hold just to confirm a appointment time like what is a front desk representative for if they won’t even answer the phone. They are 2 people in this household who goes to this dentist we all have the same experience they have out dated machines and equipment.They strap your head down to the chair put a metal mouth piece in your mouth to keep it open it’s like a crank that hangs off the side of your mouth 70s style. FOR THE SAKE OF WHOEVER YOU ARE PLANNING TO SEND HERE DO ABSOLUTELY NOT I CANT EMPHASIZE THAT ENOUGH. It’s half the dentist it should be they need to bring there standards up. Tomorrow will be the final appointment there the absolute final. CLOSE THESE PEOPLE DOWN THEY TAKE KIDS WHO ARENT AFRAID OF DENTIST AND MAKE THEM PETRIFIED. I would never ever ever send my kid to this dentist"

"They gave my son a used toothbrush. Yes, you read that right. The package was open, the toothbrush was wet, and had toothpaste on it. I was told the office manager would call be. They didn’t. I am also confused as to why a dentist office would give candy out."

"Total waist of our time. They would not let me go back with my FIVE year old. And since he was nervous they referred us to a dentist in Florence. Why should there be a problem with a parent comforting their child while have dental work?"

"I went there as a kid it is a great dentist and I take my kids there they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like how they wrap up the kids bc they get work done they need and no one gets hurt."
