"I contacted Courtney to obtain an auto and homeowners quote. She immediately sent me to someone else in her office who emailed me asking how I wanted to make a payment. I responded back questioning her, stating I was looking for a quote, not trying to make a payment. I never heard anything back, so I emailed Courtney again and still no response. I eventually received mail notification that she had created a policy on both of my vehicles without my knowledge. I called her office to get it canceled, which they were very flippant about. A month later I got an invoice again on one of the vehicles. Tried to contact multiple times through email, finally had to call back and speak to customer service to get everything canceled after 3 months. I've never made a payment, nor did I ever request a policy to be started...I still never got a quote. Extremely upset with this agent"

"Two payments were taken from my account after I cancelled it. In October and November 2015. Called in December to see what was going on, could never get in touch with Courtney since and it is April now. I got less than half back, costumer service said the office needed to backdate to when I cancelled my renters insurance in September to receive my full refund, I called the office about 10 times and never talked to Courney. It seemed she was always busy and never returned my phone calls. I also talked to Mary in the office but it was the same with her, she never returned my phone calls. I work full time at the hospital and I'm a med student also, I don't have the time to keep calling or to go to the office. This situation is very frustrating and irritating since I never got my full amount back. I had to call the 1800 costumer service number to actually talk to someone to only get less than half of my money that was taken from my account. I've never had a problem with State Farm until this. I've had car, renters and life insurance with them but now I will never use State Farm ever again and I will make sure my family and friends don't either. This situation has been a big headache for me, which it shouldn't. To this day, 4 months later, I havent had a phone call back from anyone at the office."
