"I recently had a terrible customer service experience with Shane Anderson office. Despite several attempts to resolve my issue, which I knew I was right about. I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from Mr. Anderson and his team. He was were not taken my situation seriously. He brushed off my concerns and told me to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I submitted a request, and they will review it. They just called me to advise that it has been taken care of, and I removed him as my agent. The fact is that Shane Anderson, showed apparent lack of concern for my situation. Despite my repeated attempts to seek his assistance, Mr. Anderson was dismissive, leaving me feeling unsupported. It was clear to me that he did not care about my needs as a client, and was more interested in simply collecting money and not actually providing me with the help I needed after the fact." *P.S.
