"Won’t ever buy clippers here again. Actually won’t ever shop here again because of poor customer service. Staff was rude, which was probably the bigger rub for me of the whole experience. Couldn’t return broken clippers less than 24 hours after purchase. Clippers didn’t work after charged, straight from the box, and I needed working clippers that day. Had to exchange through Andis, which took several days, but had incredible customer service. They were more apologetic about Sally’s poor customer service and experience than Sally’s was. Don’t ever buy clippers here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere the values their customer and customer experience."

I went in knowing very little about doing my hair and she helped me find all of the products I’d need to achieve my goals! Now I may butcher her name spelling, but Hailey is absolutely fantastic and an asset to the business!"
"Every time I go here stocking carts are in the way of everything. The employee will watch me trying to get around them and do nothing. isles aren’t wide enough for a whole cart, employee, and a shopper. This has happened so often that today I walked in saw them stocking again and left. Pro side they are never out of anything. Con you feel like the nuisance and in their way trying to find the products you came for"
