"Get a Stye and Rude Customer Service I received a handful of refills with no issues, but I got a bad stye after my last service, so I was not eager to come back. I wanted to simply cancel my membership. I used their texting service that I used all the time, and it said I needed to call. I call to cancel and the woman on the phone said I needed to come in. I shared that I got a text to call and the representative told me, "I was wrong because they would never tell anyone that because you need to come in to cancel the contract and that and she could pull up all her records to prove it." Flabbergasted by the rude response, I drove back out in the cold after work and came in to cancel. I pulled up my text receipt to prove I did receive a text that indeed said "call" to cancel. She never apologized but proceeded to tell me it was a "bot" automatic text. That woman working the desk/phone on Nov. 30, 2023 at 6:30pm needs customer service training. Even if I was mistaken about the text (which I wasn't) her attitude on the phone (which was recorded) and in person was deplorable. I'd never treat a customer or human that way. Your prices are way too high for this nastiest, especially before the holidays. And now I have to pay another month of membership before it's officially canceled. Awful service and people."

"Not the best place to go for a lash lift or tint if you have Asian lashes. I paid $130 to have my lashes look exactly the same as before. Tint did absolutely nothing. Update: terrible customer service, the day I got the service I expressed my disappointment and asked if there’s anything that can be done, they refused to refund that day or give any other service other than the same service that obviously didn’t work the first time and said I’d have to wait a month to do the lift again. They said they’d speak to the manager and get back to me to see if I could get the refund but I did not receive any word for a month. When I called back a month later they told me that there was no note in my account that I complained and said they had a no refund after 30 days policy that they did not disclose during my initial complaint. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anyone."
