"My wife is one of the most down to earth people and does not get upset easily. She had an appointment and asked for a specific style and hair color. The cut was great. Perfect the color was not what she asked for. When communicating that the color was not correct the stylist said it would be $95 per hour for color correction. That is just wrong and completely unprofessional. I can not stress how mellow my wife is and she is in tears upset. Praying that z Ok Leah develop better customer service and approach skills.
