"Ashley was incredibly rude, threatening to bleach my hair against my wishes multiple times. It was a battle just to get her to listen to what I wanted. Thankfully, DJ, Kyla, and the other stylists stepped in and guided Ashley, instructing her on how to formulate a dye without using bleach—a solution that finally aligned with my initial request. The fact that it took the intervention of other staff members to salvage the situation is unacceptable. I highly recommend everyone at the salon except for Ashley. The other hair stylists are truly talented, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. *The photo in my review was from my appointment with Kyla three years ago, where she did a wonderful job on my hair—I couldn't have been happier with the result."

"Went to LifeSpa (at Lifetime Fitness at Castle Creek) for a 60-minute deep tissue massage. My experience was excellent and I left more relaxed, less sore, and feeling better. Did have a nice nap when I got home. Also made sure to drink lots of fluids for the rest of the day to clear out any toxins released during the massage. Highly recommended. A+"
