"I changed this review from 5 star due to caring personnel and abundance of availabilities at the first treatments to 1 star for personnel who didn’t care and lack of availability for scheduling in the next few treatments. At the start they promised me I will see the results within 5-6 treatments but I am still going for treatments after 2 years. Instead I had dark spots and complications at some of the early treatments which has gotten better over time. The reason I am adding 2 more stars is that it seems like the new laser mode they are using seems to be working and helped me with hair reduction. Also the practitioner that provided care for me last couple times is caring and she understands how frustrating it is to have to go through this many treatments and pain so she makes sure all the areas are treated with detail every time."
