"Stay away. Purchased a gift card for a 90 min massage for my wife. They gave her a 60 min massage and used the whole 90 gift card. Tried to get her to spend $75 more?? Wouldn’t honor the card the sold and kept the difference."

"I am from out of state and booked a massage here since a coworker recommended. My massage was scheduled at 1pm and received several emails to come 15 mins early so I was there by 12:40pm. I didn’t even get called back until 1:08pm. The massage therapist was difficult to understand due to a communication barrier and when I walked into the room she said, “You want full body massage?” I stated “yes”. She then tried to get me to say yes to a CBD oil for $30. I stated I just wanted the regular lotion that comes with the massage. Then she started to walk out disappointed. I was appalled that I had to ask (since I have gotten several massages in the past) if she wanted me to start face down or face up. She replied “whatever you want”. The massage therapist didn’t introduce herself, did not ask if anything was sore or what I wanted the my focus of the massage to be, nor did she ask my pressure preference. She slapped on a ton of lotion on my back for about 5 minutes to start the massage, focused on my shoulders for about 30 minutes. She barely lifted the sheet on my legs and only really touched my calves. She then was “massaging” me OVER TOP of the sheet at one point… it was very odd and uncomfortable. Overall, I was expecting way more. The massage only lasted 45 mins total when I booked for 1 hour. Then, when checking out the receptionist was trying to get me to buy the monthly package, when I stated “I don’t live here” she then said that massage luxe is nation wide- prying at which state I am from. I stated 3 or 4 times “no thanks I have a massage therapist I know and love back home” before she finally gave me my total. I didn’t ask because I didn’t want to be rude but I was questioning if this specific massage therapist was new or inexperienced. Will not be going back."

"If you’re looking for employment here… look elsewhere!!!!! This place is a joke. Wages were never paid to me, conveniently every time I call, the right person to talk to isn’t there, I was asked not to come into work after the manager asked me how I liked the job and I voiced a couple of concerns. My hours were also capped even though I was asked to come in early and leave late (was not paid for it). $14/hr as an assistant manager even though the receptionists I was training made $15/$16 hr. I’m not the only employee they have done this to and I’m baffled that they think they can continue to do this."

"I came in because I purchased a holiday promotion - buy a massage/facial and get another for $60 each. My therapist did not share their name nor did they go through the required 10 minute consultation with me. It was evident that they did not read my forms because at one point she began to massage my head and I awkwardly shared I did not want that. Communication was a bit difficult due to a language barrier, so I did not feel I was able to clearly share how I felt about my massage. It felt like my therapist was just rubbing lotion on me, rather than using specific techniques to massage away knots and tense areas. Overall the experience was much different than professional massages I have had in the past. My facial was thankfully a better experience and administered by a different staff member (Katie, I believe is her name). I enjoyed her arm and hand massage more than I did my full body massage."

"Lin was so amazing!!!! She took time to listen to my symptoms and then cared enough to give me different ways I can do self care at home to compliment her services. It was the first massage that I have ever had that I felt completely loosened up. She was wonderful!"
