"Stephanie Bodamer, NP and Mallory are the best of the best! Both are kind, considerate, and skilled. I've had several doctors over the years due to moving around these last few years, and I must say that my time at JDV has been the best! Keeping up with my health is easy and personable. Stephanie and Mallory both know me and go beyond checking up once a year and calling it good-- they want to help me find solutions that integrate and improve my lifestyle."
"I went to Chloe to get a derma-plane facial and she has magical hands!!! My face felt amazing afterwards and she really addressed my concerns! 11/10"
"Best doctors office I have been to in a long time. Dr. Robinson properly diagnosed me after my first appointment, when three other doctors couldn't. She changed my life and I don't know where I would be without her help. The office is quick with prescriptions, easy to get a hold of, and have addressed every obstacle I have had since. Couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend."
"I had put in the past a google review giving them all 5 stars, but today I am changing it and will give them one more chance to get things right then will give them a better rating then. I have called them to set up my labs they never call me back been almost a week now, makes me feel like they don't care. Everytime I have to get a prescription refilled I have to call the office, the pharmacy does call them but they don't return their calls either. You will have to call in to get prescriptions refilled, no automated system here. Also I have a bill that they keep telling me they have put to my insurance but I finally called my insurance company and it was never submitted to them, they even sent me a letter saying it had been. But shocker it hasn't. I even called the office to make sure they had my right provider number twice now several months ago which they said they had. I had my insurance call them to help this issue out and they were hung up on today 7/21. The bill is only $ 150. Once it goes to insurance I will pay what is due. Not sure what is going on at this office. The doctor Lisa Robinson has been very nice I do like her and her nurse as well but there is something going on here that isn't working."
"Disappointing. If you want a facial, go for it. If you want real healthcare, look elsewhere. After Quinn Harmon left (late 2022), it has been nothing short of a disaster. I received some test results that required further (rather immediate) testing and should have been followed up on by a doctor. Didn't hear a word. When I followed up, I couldn't get a person on the phone even when hitting every single option available. I had to leave several messages only to get a return call on a Friday AFTER they had shut their phones down for the weekend so when returning the call, there was no one there to answer. It then took another few days of phone tag to get a human on the phone. When I finally reached someone, she claimed they didn't get my results however I had confirmation from the sending facility that it was sent to them. In addition, I challenged her and asked "if I left a voicemail asking about next steps to results I received, wouldn't you have reached out the facility that I stated in the message to get said results before calling me back?" That seemed like a logical step to me. I have a feeling they are overwhelmed and understaffed and simply can not give adequate care to their patients. Upon speaking to other women, their stories are VERY similar. My health is too important to be trusted to this office therefore I have found a doctor that returns calls and follows up on test results."
