"Over the last few weeks I've messaged about 2 vehicles I'm looking at purchasing, and repair work. Simple quick messages asking for quote. Got a response. Sent another text in this morning for a quote on yet another vehicle I looked at last night, and I get a "no thank u" Busy or not, Unprofessional. How many shops could I get that quote from? And you treat a customer, using you for advice over all the others, like they aren't the reason your business is even open. Will be in touch with a new mechanic for quotes, and when the time comes my hard earned money can go into their pockets and not yours."
