"Justin was honest and low pressure. The vehicle I wanted had been acquired by them on a trade and had not been inspected yet. He gave me the option to put it on hold and discuss my trade in on it pending inspection. Lockhart sent the vehicle to get all recalls done, oil change, inspection, detailing, and had a wheel expert repair the road rash off of the black wheels. I wasn’t in a hurry to purchase, and preferred having the vehicle ready and perfect before buying it. Justin kept me updated on the vehicle while it went through all of the beautification process. Justin was even a trooper as my baby cried the whole test drive! We are very happy with our vehicle, and the warranty/packages Lockhart offers on their used vehicles."
