"No communication response. I have sent emails, phone calls etc. I have also been waiting for 2 weeks as to when I am to see a surgeon. Injury and in a med boot for over five months. Oh did I mention no pay???"
"Awful experience with my case manager who is late for All my appointments, if Cheah Hibdon shows up. We have had appointments for the same time for a year yet she seems to be always delayed yet rushes out for her next appointment. I do have a recording of our session, how she talks to me because she sure is nicer when the doctor enters. I was literally crying by the time I left my patient room yesterday! I wonder how many other people, who are already sick, does she say defeating remarks. She just gets the doctors notes when she misses my appointments so her boss nor the insurance company ever knows she never made my appointment. I went to schedule my next appointment Sept 6th @ 740a yet she will be out of town in Charlotte again so of course I have to put off my appointment (doctor is only there a half day once a week) when the holiday ends on Sept 5th, doesn't it? She puts inaccurate information in her notes saying it is what the doctor says she turns into the insurance company yet the Doctor's notes will back me up. I know companies are short of employees yet Case Managers make pretty good money to be constantly late & not available when you need to schedule an appointment. She tells me she is stressed with her 2 daughters wedding yet her tone with patients when in the room alone really should not be permitted on any job. I think we all, no matter ill or not, know how we should be treated."
"This is an awful company the nurses are truly disrespectful and they don't care about your overall health they just want to assure you get back to work and not if your unable to work. Once you report their them they retaliate against you and lie on you etc. They mix you up with other patients meds, appointment dates and files and when you inform them they get mad at you, when you try to do what's needed to get better and get everything you're entitled to have to heel they become even more rude never showing compassion at all. l am so ashamed of them and they call themselves professional nurses along ways from it."
