"On June 2nd 2023 at around 1:15pm. Went in with my mom and brother for a return, and ended up not needing the supplies, as I got my hair done for cheaper by another stylist. As soon as we walk in the two workers seemed inquisitive of us, odd looks from both of them. Seemed curious about our return almost suspicious. The shorter one of the two with the curly hair asked us twice if I had opened or used any of the products (I hadn’t) and the shorter of the two had a look on her face as if she didn’t believe us, and kept inspecting the objects. My mom and I got really odd vibes from both of them. After our return, we decided to look at the nail supplies. When we decided to leave, the two workers were analyzing us and looking directly towards my moms pockets. We definitely didn’t shoplift, or else I wouldn’t be writing this review, we felt analyzed in an uncomfortable manner I don’t think I am describing very well in this review. I don’t know if it’s because we are Hispanic and we’re speaking Spanish to each other, or if it’s because of the returns, but we felt judged from the moment we walked in."

"I have NOT visited the store in-person but I ordered online and requested two hour delivery. The delivery was under two hours and the guy was polite and pleasant. On my order form "have a nice weekend" was written and I thought that was cute and thoughtful."

"Customer service was amazing. I forgot the lady's name but she was super nice and even let me in a couple minutes after close. And also helped me find the best products I needed without being rushed."

"Had an interview at this store in the end of January. The weather was awful and the snow and ice was piled up high. I had the pleasure of walking to Sally’s because one, I have no car and two, it’s not too far away, maybe a 20 minute walk. So I get to the interview and meet up with the store manager. The interview was very short maybe 8 minutes at the most. She didn’t ask me very many questions and was kinda rude. She didn’t even show me around the store. The pay for the sales associate position is only 12.00 per hour for all that work and responsibility. And she only wanted someone part time on top of that. Needless to say, I didn’t get offered the position.."
