"There are Gremlins at work here. A 280 dollar gift birthday surprise was completely messed up through poor staff communication skills and/or management. The gift never delivered. A phone call two days later that a mistake was made In the salon's ability to follow through with the agreed upon services of providing a pleasant birthday suprise cut and style and some additional Aveda supplies was not accomplished as agreed upon. The stylist Chandler (I believe) did impress my daughter with his skill. My daughter paid for her visit and the staff when asked if it had a gift card/cetificate responded that they did not. Of course Chase Bank can provide proof that the owner of the salon had received payment said gift catd plus supplies. My eyes are wide open now. Beware of Gremlins at H2H. People's feelings and/or special events can get messed up by non-caring Gremlins that may be lurking around."

"Just moved to Fishers & looking for a new stylist. I walked into shop & assaulted by screams, giggling, & shouting. Was told the other stylists had free time & was coloring each other's hair. Ok, should have left then. 1 hour & 45 minutes of thinning & cutting my medium length hair, he called another stylist over because I looked like a bowl was placed on my head . She fixed the front. When done, I asked for a mirror to see back. "We don't have mirrors." I know why! When I finally got home & looked, blunt cut across the kneck instead of the layering requested (as was in the front.). If you like noisy 2 hour haircuts, this is the place for you."

"I went there for my haircut. I explained in detail what I am looking for (In the back - long pointed "V" shaped with layers, as much layers possible) and in the front is face frame from chin down. The hairstylist acknowledge that she understand all my request and she is good with that. After the cut I had to asked 2-3 times to show me some layers in back, and where is my "v" shaped haircut....... please see my before and after pic ...you can decide yourself why I am so frustrated and NOT HAPPY at all with this visit. And this is not cheap hair salon to just ignore this visit......"

"Katie Strange was the stylist that did my bridal party's makeup for my wedding. She arrived early to the venue. She came very well prepared. She made sure to not only ask me, the bride, what my desires were for not only myself, but my bridal party, but she also made sure everyone was pleased with the ideas and such of what was picked out. None of us really wore makeup on a regular basis. So, she was very attentive to making sure we felt comfortable and beautiful. She was very patient with us when things got a little off schedule. Overall, I have never felt that beautiful or ever been more impressed with a stylist! H2H Salon made the process very easy and very smooth. Everything was handled prior to the day of. This allowed for no stress on our big day. Stephanie was in communication with me multiple times to before to confirm details and check in. Overall, we had a great experience with the salon and our stylist. I would definitely recommend them to any future bride!"
